The oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor should be diluted with alcohols, aromatics and other oil solvents according to a certain ratio and steps before it can be used, but the film formation of the oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor is faster and the filling requirement is small. Taking the cooling tower as an example, the use of water-soluble corrosion inhibitors, the corrosion of the top of the tower can not be effectively controlled, some interfaces and long-term wear out there will be strong corrosion under the scale, the dehydration detection after corrosion can not play a role in preventing the corrosion of the top of the tower.
