Application of biological enzyme unplugging agent in underground gas storage

This paper introduces the application of biological enzyme plugging agent as a sustainable and environmentally friendly plugging technology in underground gas storage. By selecting the appropriate bioenzyme solution and optimizing the conditions, we can effectively reduce the clogging problem in the gas storage and improve the operating efficiency of the gas storage. In this study, the preparation, properties and application cases of bioenzyme clogging agents were discussed in detail, in order to demonstrate their great potential in gas storage management.

Underground gas storage is an important energy storage facility used to store natural gas to meet peak and seasonal changes in energy demand. However, in the long-term operation of gas storage, blockage problems often occur, such as the blockage of natural gas hydrate or sulfate deposits, which will reduce the storage capacity and operational efficiency of gas storage. Traditional decontamination methods often rely on chemical agents, but these methods can have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, it is very important to find a sustainable and environmentally friendly plugging technology, and biological enzyme plugging agent is a promising choice to meet this need.

First, appropriate bioenzymolysis agents were selected, which can specifically recognize and degrade clogging substances such as gas hydrates. Subsequently, we optimized the preparation process of the bioenzyme deplugging agent to ensure its stability and activity. Finally, we simulated the clogging situation in the gas reservoir under laboratory conditions and evaluated the performance of the bioenzyme clogging agent.

The experimental results show that the biological enzyme plugging agent has excellent plugging performance. Under appropriate temperature and pressure conditions, biohydrolysates can efficiently degrade gas hydrates and other clogging substances, thereby reducing the occurrence of clogging problems. In addition, the bioenzyme deplugging agent does not introduce harmful chemicals and has no negative impact on the gas storage environment and operational safety.

As a kind of sustainable and environmentally friendly plugging removal technology, biological enzyme plugging agent has a broad application prospect in underground gas storage. The problem of gas storage clogging can be solved effectively by selecting proper bioenzymic solution and optimizing conditions, and the operation efficiency of gas storage can be improved, while the adverse impact on the environment can be reduced. We encourage further research and practical applications to fully realize the potential of bioenzyme clogging agents in the field of energy storage and promote the development of sustainable energy management.
